Dining Tables

Fusion Designs dining room tables are crafted for unmatched quality, featuring a meticulously hand-sanded, three-step finish for a flawless, smooth top. Built with precision mortise-and-tenon joinery and elegant steam-bent aprons, each table offers exceptional durability, beauty, and timeless craftsmanship.

These upgraded table slides feature precision-machined ball bearing guides, providing such smooth operation that you can open and close them effortlessly with just one hand.

Building on our history of innovation, Fusion Designs was at the forefront of the now well-known butterfly leaf option in the early 2000s. Since then, we’ve continued to lead the way with the introduction of a brand-new, proprietary mechanism.

All tables featuring Ball Bearing Slides come standard with our exclusive magnetic leaf locks, ensuring the table tops and leaves stay securely in place.

Stage 1: Machine Sanded when the table top is glued up

Stage 2: Sanded with our propietary table sander designer by our founder Noah Bontrager

Stage 3: Hand Sanded for the final finish

A technique that creates a stong and durable frame to withstand everyday use. It also creates a tight and secure fit, making the sturdier and longer lasting.

Dining Table Legs are connected by a reinforced V Grooved Corner Block with 2 bolts

This design allows for easy removal and attachment of the table legs, while ensuring a rigid and secure structure once assembled.

Round, oval, and square-round table tops come standard with solid wood, steam-bent aprons, offering a seamless appearance while enhancing the table’s structural integrity.

Our commitment to bench-made furniture is reflected in every piece, personally signed by the craftsman who built it and stamped with a unique serial number for authenticity.

Each dining tables unique leaves receive that tables serial number and numerical label for installation.

Each of our tables is hand-fitted with its extension leaves, which are stamped in numerical order to ensure easy installation and a perfect fit every time.

Seating

Fusion Designs dining room chairs offer exceptional durability and comfort, featuring precision mortise-and-tenon joinery, steam-bent lumbar supports, and scooped comfort seats. Expertly crafted for lasting beauty and ergonomic support, they provide the perfect blend of strength and sophistication.

Accurately leveled for stability

Steam bent lumbar supports. We use high-pressure steam to bend wood into a shape that looks beautiful and provides unparalled comfort and support.

Unlike our competitors, our upholstered seats are built with high quality webbing with a cutout frame that conforms to your body and provides optimal support. We exclusively use Performance upholstery: stain resistent, easy to clean performance fabrics as we as durable, long lasting premium leathers.

Craftsmanship Beyond Compare: We’ve covered the springs with a 1.25oz dust cover and a 3/8” thick insulpad to ensure that your furniture not only looks great but is built to withstand the test of time.

Luxurious Comfort: The sides of our furniture are covered with Dacron and polyester batting. Sink into the plushness and experience the difference this extra layer of comfort makes.

Unbeatable Cushions: Our seat cushions boast a 2.8 density with a compression of 35, ensuring a comfortable yet supportive seating experience. Back cushions feature open cell foam with polyester batting, creating a perfect balance of softness and resilience.

Our Finish

Most of our dealers agree—our finish stands above the rest. With a warm, smooth, and silky feel that no one else has matched, we use the highest-grade catalyzed varnish for exceptional durability. Our finishes are baked into the wood for lasting protection, and we meticulously finish every surface—including drawer boxes, table undersides, and chair bottoms—just as we do the tops.
